| Nick Burris, AIA, ALA, NCARB, LEED AP Project Manager Nick started with Christopher Kidd & Associates in 2001 as an architectural intern and has since returned with exposure to many project types and sizes. Nick has the ability to manage multiple projects, manage and supervise others, and coordinate with consultants to deliver complicated projects on schedule and within budget. His extensive understanding of construction technologies and knowledge of federal, state and local codes has proved to be a valuable asset for Christopher Kidd & Associates. Nick has a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and Business Minor from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Nick is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Association of Licensed Architects, and National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He recently became a LEED Accredited Professional and hopes to integrate sustainable design into his work. Outside of the office, Nick celebrates his free time with his wife and two children. His hobbies include sports, home remodeling, and architectural travels.
| Alise Y. Dawkins Office Manager
Alise joined Christopher Kidd & Associates, in January 2005 after completing an Associate's Degree as a Microcomputer Specialist at MATC. She began implementing her computer skills as an administrative assistant and in April 2007, she was promoted to Office Manager. She maintains and oversees all the day-to-day activities of the office. When not at her desk, you can probably find Alise attending religious services, fishing, playing basketball/tennis, sewing, gardening, and traveling with her husband. She also considers herself a "Tool Belt Diva".
| Gary W. Dawkins, ALA Director of Architecture With a depth of architectural knowledge, Gary has worked in the field of architecture for over 40 years and with Christopher Kidd & Associates for 5 years. Gary received his Bachelor of Architecture from Miami University - Ohio and is a licensed architect in the State of Wisconsin and a member of Association of Licensed Architects. His expanse of intellect has made him an invaluable resource to those that work with him - from fellow colleagues to consultants. As Director of Architecture, Gary oversees large scale projects, helps manage the employee workload, and serves as a resource to the architectural staff. His depth of experience has allowed Christopher Kidd & Associates, LLC to expand its portfolio of work. An avid car enthusiast, when not in the office you will find him in his Miata on the open road with the top down. In his free time, he stays at his Door County Studio where he enjoys writing short stories, fly fishing, painting, and photography.
| Ryan Garven Engineering Technician Ryan started with Christopher Kidd & Associates upon successful completion of his studies in CAD technology at ITT Technical Institute. Originally only involved in drafting, Ryan developed rapidly and now has a significant role in the planning and design of building electrical systems. Ryan is valued for working closely with clients on custom solutions to unique challenges. At home, Ryan is starting a family with his wife Sarah. He stays active by playing basketball and golf. To relax he listens to music and plays video games.
| Del Glenn, PE Director of Engineering Del's career in mechanical engineering and project management spans over 37 years. Much of this time was invested in facility engineering for one of the region's largest manufacturing facilities. His disciplines include HVAC systems, plumbing, process piping, electrical distribution and power supplies. He has a strong reputation for maintaining projects within budget, meeting calendar limits and exercising good value engineering for his clients. The engineering department has grown exponentially under his direction. Del holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He maintains active licenses in 21 states and is a Master Plumber in the state of Wisconsin. On their ranch, Del and his wife Debbie, raise and tend for several llamas.
| Elizabeth Hagman, LEED AP Project Manager Liz has been with the company since May of 2004 after graduating with her Bachelors of Science in Architectural Studies and a Certificate of Urban Planning at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Liz is an adept project manager who delights in keeping her projects on schedule and her staff on task. She is an Associate AIA member as well as a LEED Accredited Professional. She is currently working on her licensure with the State of Wisconsin. Liz enjoys continuing her education by pursuing a degree in Interior Design at the Milwaukee Area Technical College and a Masters of Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Liz has recently taken up league bowling as a hobby with several other employees and a skilled crane game player at a local restaurant.
| Steven H. Hagman, PE, LEED, AP Engineer Steve has been part of Christopher Kidd & Associates since 2002. He is responsible for multiple facets of engineering design. Steve works hard to ensure the client's wishes are met and exceeded. He is recognized for his thorough and comprehensive review of projects. Steve received his degree in Architectural Engineering (Building Environmental Systems) from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer in 12 states and the District of Columbia. Steve is a LEED accredited professional. He is active in the local ASHRAE chapter, serving as their webmaster. When not at the office Steve and his wife Liz work on updating their home. He spends time modeling trains and playing computer games. Steve also enjoys playing basketball, skiing, biking and bowling.
| Zachariah Hanson Architectural Intern
Zach began with Christopher Kidd & Associates, in 2008. He received his Architecture degree from the University of Colorado - Boulder. Prior to being employed at Christopher Kidd & Associates, he worked for an engineering and surveying company where he was a project manager. Zach was involved with multiple aspects of land development from meeting with clients and public officials to developing sites. Zach brings his experience and willingness to meet client's needs. He strives to produce quality drawings and to meet project deadlines. Away from the office, Zach and his wife, Sara, are starting a family. Zach enjoys snowboarding and cycling.
