The building program includes a dialysis clinic with four major areas: patient waiting, patient treatment, administrative and storage. The main reception area is a 2-story atrium space washed in natural light. The design focuses on natural light, expansive interior spaces and well programmed circulation as a major factor in the design of space conducive to patient care.

Christopher Kidd & Associates was awarded this one story freestanding medical center of approximately 27,000 SF in size. Construction consists of brick veneer over steel stud backup, structural steel columns and beams, steel bar joists with metal deck, ballasted single-ply roof, aluminum windows, concrete grade beams on caissons, and concrete on metal deck. Interior finishes include carpet, sheet vinyl and vinyl composition flooring, ceramic and quarry tile, vinyl wallcoverings, plastic laminate casework, painted gypsum board, and suspended acoustic panel ceilings. Associated site, mechanical and electrical work are also included.
Related site work includes drive lanes, parking, landscape areas, dumpster enclosures, and screenning.
