Exterior finishes have been selected to compliment this mountain range also known as the "painted mountains".

The building program includes a dialysis clinic with four major areas: patient waiting, patient treatment, administrative and storage. The main reception area is a 2-story atrium space washed in natural light. The design focuses on natural light, expansive interior spaces and well programmed circulation as a major factor in the design of space conducive to patient care.
